[Ccarc] Daylight time changes

Just a reminder that Daylight Saving Time reverts to Standard Time at 
2:00 am (timezone specific) on Sunday, October 29, 2006.

Note: Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Nation), Hawaii, and the 
territories of Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa do 
not participate in Daylight Saving Time and stay on Standard Time all 
year.  Also, next year, Daylight Saving Time will begin on March 11, 
2007 and will end on November 4, 2007, according to a Federal Law signed 
in 2005.
