  Phill just called me, the 18 repeater appears to be down for some reason. He did some prelim checking out and readings. At this point it appears that it's in the transmitter. Phil said he isn't sure if he can get out there tonight to check things further but tomorrow looks better. 

  NET TONIGHT WILL BE ON 145.230 AT 2030 LOCAL TIME
