[Ccarc] Amateur Testing in Logansport

Good Morning all,

I'm sending this out because I'm sure not everyone was tuned in for the net Thursday evening. If you were this will be somewhat of a rehash but that's ok. I'd rather everyone hear this twice or three times instead of not at all. I did get word from W5YI this week and the testing is now officially transfered. As I stated I was basically waiting for them and when I received official word I'd be scheduling a test and perhaps setting an official date for regular testing. Since there's still a demand for testing at this time I've set the first one so far to be after the meeting April 21st. For an "official" start time I think we could say 10:00 and if the meeting runs over a little bit it'll be ok. Not to mention it might find a way for me to light a fire under things to keep the meeting moving hi.
As far as regularly scheduled testing, I believe that if we keep things with the odd month after meetings then it'll at least be similar to what we had so it is not changing things too much. If anyone has a better idea don't be afraid to speak up. I realize this puts two test sessions back to back but that's ok. This is due to the demand from the recent morse change and could be a good thing to help get people tested that wish to.
As always, testing is open to ANYONE that wishes to test. If you see or talk to people from other clubs or other places in an eyeball QSO or check into other nets, please share the info. Jeff AD9T, if anyone in the Kokomo area that wishes to test send them up we'd be glad to have them. I'd be most appreciative if you could share this info on your nets as well.

Restating; Next test session will be 10:00 April 21st at EMA. Presumeably after the meeting.
Regular testing will be every odd month at 10:00 on the third Saturdays at EMA, again presumably after the meetings.

Thanks and I hope everyone has a happy Easter.
