Guys,

Found the website for WTH Engineering for their mapping program.

www.wthengineering.com

go to the site, on the left side of the opening page is a box which says 
something like
Indiana GIS 2005 aerial photos.....click on the box.....then several 
counties which have maps are listed.... Cass County is mapped...

check it out!
