Phil,
The 2 VHF/UHF  FM sats are  SO-50 and AO-51. Check the links on this 
page for more info.

I don't know if ISS will be active for Field Day.
VO-52 is another V/U bird, but it uses either SSB or CW, whichever is 
active at the time. It has an "inverting" transponder, whatever that 
means. You'll have to figure that out if you want to try that one.
To see when they are in range, you need to look it up on the Web, or use 
a tracking program.
