 Our History:


 Vox Communications, LLC was born in July of 2005. The company specializes
in small & medium market clusters in a wide geographical area. The
company has current holdings in The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts,
Harrisonburg, VA and The Florida Keys. Vox also has a management
consultant agreement to operate the Convergent stations in Corpus
Christi, TX. Two of the three partners, Ken Barlow & Bruce Danziger, have
been working together in various radio companies for over 16 years. The
third partner, Keith Thomas, joined them in the predecessor company Vox
Radio Group. Vox Communications, LLC is funded by private investors,
Housatonic Partners and MCG Capital Corporation. The company is
continuing to expand and is seeking small Arbitron rated market clusters
in the Eastern half of the United States.
