[Ccarc] WIBC Switching to FM frequency

Hi,
It's clear that Emmis doesn't consider us as part of the WIBC audience. 
1070 has a decent daytime signal this way but you won't likely hear 93.1.
The latest is that the programming WNOU was airing will go to 100.9 
which will drop the smooth jazz format. Just another reminder just how 
lousy job security is in radio!
