[Ccarc] signal reports needed onthe .18 repeater

Now that Chuch is back on the ground after replacing the antenna on the
water tank, we need signal reports from as many people as possible, both
base, and moblie (and portables).
    Ne new dual band antenna reads 40 watts out at the bottom, and 3/4
watt reflected. Please try with and without tone transmit, so you come
in on the carrier receiver at the water tank.
    Also, for right now there is no PL transmit tone on the repeater, so
you won't hear the .18 unless you disable your tone decode.
