[Ccarc] 147.180 repeater

Guys,

I took signal strength reading this evening (saturday) at 6:44pm. The signal 
was a S-8 on my radio without the pre-amp on. Friday the reading without the 
pre-amp was S-7. Today, however, (Saturday evening) I cannot hear the 
repeater without disabling my tone squelch. In the past I have always had 
the 77 Hz PL set on transmit and receive here, in order to knock out the 
Angola repeater on 147.180.
