[Ccarc] 180 repeater

Guys,

The 180 repeater is giving me an S-20 signal today (Sunday 8:45 am), 
yesterdays' S-8 reading must have been due to poor band conditions. the .230 
repeater also gives me an S-20 signal here without the pre-amp being on on 
my radio. The 180 was also full scale on my mobile coming home from work 
this morning at 8:05 am. (Perhaps today was enhanced band conditions???)
