Tom,
   thanks for those updates. That is very helpful.  Yes I do think that band conditions were
enhanced this morning. They are back to normal now.
     I did get the tone encoder working on the repeater this morning about 11 am. With Dave's help I figured out where the broken wire went to and now it works OK.
