Just a reminder, don't let the cat out of the bag until the site is
completely done and everybody agrees on the design and content. Once the
whole thing is finished I recommend a press release announcing the new site
etc. This first phase is building the site on the server behind the scenes,
the second phase will be deleting the old files after the new site is
finished (going live),  The third phase will be checking for broken links
and making sure everything is there that needs to be there. Then we can go
forward with introducing the new website.
