[Ccarc] neat search

Here's a neat search for finding hams in any given location, etc. that 
my brother, WA9HMN, found.
I tried "46947" and found hams I've never heard of. Some results are so 
close together that you must zoom in. Clicking on a "pin" reveals the info.
