Everyone has asked me about it. I transfered all my
file info and login info to Chuck.

 I don't have the resources or the time anymore to do
the updates.

 Chuck, If you need me to resend this information I
will. I continue to collect the data from meetings
etc... I can zip it down and send that too if need be.
I will be as helpful as I can in this transition.
