Hi Chuck, setup will be at 5 PM Sat. evening till 8 PM. Then Sun. from 6 AM till 8 AM. We have a lot of tables, chairs and etc. to setup and maybe help some of the venders move some things.

      Have you decided when setup will be? I'm sorry that I/we haven't made any meetings. It seems that there was usually another meeting happening the same day. In any case let me know what you need and when. I have a club meeting this Saturday so plans can be made and finalized on my end. I'll assemble as many folks as possible here just let me know when you'll need them at the fairgrounds. Have a great day.
